Why People Believe Americans Are Stupid at Shoutfile.com is an Australian man on the street interview asking Americans geography and politics questions. Of course, they edit it so that only the dumb answers are shown. But it is pretty funny, nonetheless. I especially like his fake maps where Australia is labeled Iran, North Korea, etc.

This seems to be a growth industry because Canadians have been doing this for years, too. Rick Mercer has done many such bits on Canadian TV (see Talking to Americans). Just google Rick Mercer Americans and you’ll find lots of youtube videos of his work.
